aj, it looks like you need to work with your people person skills.. New Idea - Page 2 -- posted image.

yeah..mine suck big time but in order to keep customers, thats the only way you can do it...kiss a$$ and do a good job on the install. what else can anybody ask for? New Idea - Page 2 -- posted image.
