I've had my N1 in my '05 Ram since Sept last year, and today after getting my oil changed (and my air filter) at a Texaco Express Lube, my display is competely dark.
Although I can tell the touch screen is still working by virtue of the fact that it performs functions while touching the preset channels area on the screen for example, there is absolutlely no display.
I tried a reset, but to no avail, and reading through the manual I can find no button combination that "blacks out" the display. I tried to push and hold the 'pic adjust' button but nothing.
Is this a setting issue, or could the bozos at the Xpress Lube have screwed something up udner the hood? Or is this a warranty issue?
Any suggestions?

Not a settings issue.  Probably a problem with the little ribbon cable between the screen and deck.  I guess its possible they pulled on the screen and did it.  It would be something pioneer or a service center could fix
