Does anyone know a way to hook up a remote start on a 2005/2006 Toyota Avalon or Lexus vehicle with "Smart Key" push button start system? The FOB has to be inside the car or on the person near the car and the brake has to be pushed for it to start normally. Any info would be appreciated.

Yes; I have done one of those.
Do a search at the carsound.com forums and it is there.
Also, while you're there, do a search for the Infiniti M35/M45.
Although the two cars are entirely different, the smart-key system is very similar, and the post about the Infiniti is longer and goes into greater detail.

If you use a CAN SL bypass mod this will control the locks and tach for you. (Also the Fob) You wont have to bury the Fob in a Box. this unit will learn the Fob and make it start
