led mirrors

hi, like it says on topic, i just bought  a set of l.e.d mirrors for my 97 mitsubishi eclipse, but i have a problem. These mirrors turn blue and amber, my problem is i want them to light up blue when im driving and when i turn i want the ambers to flash or blink. My question is how do you connect the l.e.d's so when i turn the blue ones go off and ambers flash? thanx in advance for your help!!!! My friend has his always blue so i figure they arent illegal here, because ive seen him besides cops in and they dont do nothing. btw the mirrors come with 3 wires one for ground another for the blue and the last for the amber. thanx again!

i would check your local laws just to be safe. call a police station. cause pretty much everywhere its illegal to have them on while driving
