Need help with BMV 530 2001. How  bypass immobilyser for remote starting system?

you need a transponder bypass module and an extra ignition key

on a dei part #556u remove the black plastic cover that protects the windings of the transponder ring very carefully and install in into the car around the ignition barrel, placement is everything here, also move the jumper in the transponder box so it makes a larger feild for the ring to radiate, if the install is done and it remote starts fine with the key in the ignition follow the steps above and it should work fine.

heh. I remember my first european tie-in. Stupid sob. VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes....
Why do they have to make the simple life of a 556u so complicated
