What is the best location to mount the gps brain in my 2002 silverado?
I know it must be flat and oriented in a specific direction. Thanks in adavance.

I would mount it right on the roof.  Use 3 inch wood screws to make sure it stays in place.

Seriously though, under the seat making sure to mount it properly, and please hide your wires.

i always use 4 inch wood screws when mounting to roofs they look like little antennas sticking out of the roofs ha ha ha. anyway the brain has directions written on it how and where to mount the brain. also it says center of vehicle so u might want to check the center console for room, if your friends are like my friends it wont last long under a seat with spilt drinks and food

the best part of a job is seeing the bumper get smaller over the horizon

usually a good spot in the very front of the center console on the floor. all the wires drop right down to it if it has a full center floor console.
