Anyone have any experience with using Bypasskit.com's brand of remote starters. I want to try thier model for a standard trans. Any input would be great.. Thanks

I have installed a few of these ( CS423 ) and they are not too bad for a cheaper system. The only thing that I don't like is their programming........ takes too long & toggling the ignition switch 8 times is a chore.

the bypasskit.com units suck. i have gone thru 2 of them. i had the cs-423 both of them worked fine for a while then all the sudden the power lock relays built in decided to burn up. so i call them they warranty it. i get another and it works about 8 months it goes to crap. light flash quit working as well as horn honk. call them back they tell me too bad we warrantied 1 and wont raplace another 1. oh yeah the remotes go bad too, the first unit i was sent both remotes did not work. they sent me new ones but had to wait nearlya week for them

in my opinon Bypasskit.com SUCKS

I suggest the 1WAM-S from Compustar. The ready mode is very easy to get into ( virtually automatic ) and the installation is a breeze.

I like the ultrastart 1256's as well for manual transmission. you can also go all out with the 4256m two way alarm remote start and keyless; check out www.ultrastarters.com
