When you wrap the fleece around the MDF and staple it to the rabbit routing how do you strenghen the joint. It seems to me as though the fleece would only have like 1/2 inch to grab on to. Is that enough? Do you need to FG it inside too? How do you make the joint between the fiberglass and MDF as strong as possible?

i will pour resin inside the box to strenghten the joints and where the fleece meets the mdf. As long as the resin seeps into the mdf it will be a strong joint. Hope this helps

Going with the post above, i lay more glass just in the corners.  Make like, say, 2in wide strips and just lay them in the corners(with resin ofcoarse) to attatch the mdf and glass together on the inside too.   Like filling cracks with caulk, but, with FG!
