1998 2 door tahoe door lock info?

I am in the process of installing a black widow z5 2-way alarm/remote start in my '98 2 dr Tahoe and I have run into a question with the door lock wiring. I saw on a different site that the 2 dr has a different lock setup: reverse polarity? In the vehicle wiring portion of this site it doesn't say anything about two different door lock systems, so I was wondering if any of you out there know or have installed a keyless entry/alarm in either a 2 dr tahoe or yukon and could help me out a little. By the way, the rest of the wiring is already done(just no keyless). Thank you very much for any info!

2 dr are 5 wire reversing polarity door locks you can do a search on how to wire up relays for that on the site

Are the wire colors the same as the four door(for lock and unlock)?
