2005 Malibu ( Not Malibu MAXX )

I have installed Remote Start and am using the Omega PK-7
Vehicle will start 1 time with R/S, but will go into Security when I use the Key.
When I try R/S again, it will not crank.  I have to unplug PK-7, plug back in, Lock / Unlock Doors & Security Light will go Off.  Then it will R/S again 1 time.
I am pretty sure it is the PK-7, I tried another one, same thing
Any help would be appreciated..

it may be the bypass mod sending the key freq to the diag all the time and confusing it. The bypass should only send data durring remote start?????

what im saying is that the bypass mob may be sending data the whole time and when you put the key in it may be twice the data confusing the cars comp and setting of the Factory Security. Then by factory you have to wait to start the car. It thinks its seeing 2 keys at the same time?
Thats just what I think. I could be wrong

We have had problems with the PKG7 as well and no longer use them. If your looking for an alternative check out this link we just discussed some other options:

Not sure about seeing 2 Keys.  The vehicle is Remote Started & the Security Light comes On.   Even after the vehicle has sat for over an hour with No key in the Ignition
