Well first of all can I ask that you get rid of that obnoxious font.  Secondly.  Buy the MTX.  It is way out of the Boss and Legacy league.  Boss and Legacy have extremely inflated numbers.  Stay away from them.
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

OK first off that text is rediculous, please dont type that big, its just plain unnessasary. Now on to your question. You are comparing apples to crap here. MTX is in a completly different class than the other two amps. If these are the choices you narrowed it down to then I commend you for at least doing a little foot work instead of comming on here and say "I have a 9500, what amp do I get" With the 4 you selected I would choose one of the MTX amps. Boss and Legacy are flee market equipment. I have used both of those before and I can tell you right now that for that sub they are plain usless. The 4 gauge kit is fine for either amp. You have a nice sub there, this is not the time to get cheap on power. Go for which ever amp you can afford because the sub you have can handle what ever either amp can dish out. The question I have for you know is what version of 9500 do you have, is it dual 4 ohm or dual 2 ohm?

I fixed your font.  If you compose in another program and then cut and paste, only use a plain test editor like Notepad.  And please read the forum rules and guidelines.

Legacy and Boss are junk.  MTX is a decent brand.
