Here's the mock up of how my door panels will look. the bottom raised panels will be glassed and painted red to match the "Back seat" enclosure and the top half will be upholstered in black.

it looks great!! what is the mock up made of? how did ya get both sides to be equal?

They're made out of masonite. To get both sides the same I measure out the first one and then trace the second one from the first one, one piece at a time before assembling it.Some of it is just measuring though.

If you stretch them with fleece and then glass them, they will warp as the fiberglass hardens and shrinks. I'd recommend mounting them on your door and glassing them while they are on the door to minimize warping.
