How to change crank time from factory setting on my 851T?

Really need someone's help on how to change the crank time on my DIY Hornet remote start. Presently set for 0.6 sec from the factory but it is not effective. Manual does not say how to do it. Very frustrated, pls help if you can.

probably need a bitwriter. if its not programmable from the valet switch
