Hey guys. It's time for component upgrades. I've finally got everything else up to par, but my components just aren't enough. I currently have some Zapco I-Force 5.25" components running off HU power (yet to find an amp that'll fit under the back seat and has the specs I'm looking for...). I was wondering what components I should look at? How much I should look to spend? I've looked at CDT, Focal, Soundstream, Eclipse, JL Audio, etc.
I've been told that the JL XR stuff is pretty good. I was thinking of some JL XR525-CSi's with a JL amp to back it all up? I've never been a big JL fan, but I really like my mids and highs to come out clean and crisp, and am willing to spend some money... As I have with the rest of the system. Any input is much appreciated guys. Thanks!

check out the Zapco reference series.
These are the best sounding components thatI have ever installed. ( 17 Years experience)
we also sell Eclipse. ( they sound great, but not quite as clean as the Zapco ref.

You might want to keep your I-force components and get a decent amp to run them first.
HU power is never enough.
You probably only have about 20 watts rms/channel

Precisely what I was thinking.
HU power is the biggest limitation you have at this point, try a real amp to your componets... u'll find that they'll 'wake-up' ...
If you're in a tight sqeeze, try Alto mobile's products.

I've thrown a couple of amps on them in the past, but nothing pernament. The I-Force's "woke" up and performed well, but I have two Eclipse Ti's ported, and I need some loud mid and high range... :P
