I was looking at the specs for the following amp MRD-M605:
http://alpine-usa.com/en/products/product.php?model=MRD-M605
My final impedance load will be 4ohms so thats what I'm looking at. However I only see 250W @ 4ohms but at 12v It doesn't show anything about the 4ohm rating at 14v.. Is there a way to calculate what the RMS wattage will be at 4ohms 14v??

Yeah, if you want to figure this for the sake of comparisons...  f\igure the watts per volt.  Divide the total given watts by 12 (volt), then multiply that answer by 14.4 (or 14, whatever voltage you're trying to find the wattage for).
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

I'm pretty sure that amp is 300x1 @ 4ohms @ 14.4 and 600x1 @ 2ohms @ 14.4.
