Hey I'm interested in checking out this buildup, but your photos are no longer up.
Slowly but surely working towards something. Not sure what though.

Sorry man, I cleaned up my photobucket. I will post some more pictures. But this thread I am not going to add new stuff. After my heads get rebuilt I am starting a custom fiberglass dash. I will start a new thread for that, my whole interior is being redone. I will repost them pictures in a little. Thanks for the interest.

I just gotta second the motion that deagle50ae mentioned of dropping a 5.7 into the Fiero....and then you should call it the Fireo!  Use a Porsche tranny, relocate everything that required....which is darn near everything and put some sick profiled fattys on some good rims, drop it another two inches....and....  Sorry, I just wanted to agree with deagle50ae, a V8 is a great idea, drove one in the form of a Lambo.  Drives the same, a little louder, and a helluva lot more powerful!

Hey sup,

Actually, a 3.8 sc is better then a v8. With the right mods to it it puts out like a v8 with the wight of a v6.

I know of that forum. I have been there for almost 2 years now. And fie ro is a crazy good fiberglasser. I love his work. I posted the link to that here orginaly. But thanks.

and if you put the same amount of money into an LS1 or northstar V8 out of a caddy as you do on your 3.8sc, id's hoop on the 3800.
a local guy has a caddy V8 in his fiero and the v8 drivetrain weights LESS than stock. and he doesnt even have anything done to the engine, it's stock too (obvious exception of exhaust)
all alluminim parts can do wonders

There ya go deagle50ae, thats what Im talkin about!  Either way Magot, I would have supercharged the v8.  Honestly, both are overkill I know.  Even a turboed small 6 would do wonders to Fieros.  All I know is what I drove, you could do anything you wanted with that Fiero with the V8.  Sit and smok'em or squat and leave'em.  I talked with the man, and the reason it handled great is not because of stock suspension, he said it was 70% aftermarket...so Im wondering if he had HKS or something underneath.

Ok, you got me all sparked up about Fieros!  What is the bottom avg. dollar on a piece of junk that dont run or anything but is structurally intact?  I live in the South Central region if that matters like some cars.

haha, i bought mine for $200. replaced brakes, tires, windshield, suspension parts and a motor tune up. If you want to buy a fiero check out "the mall" on pennocks fiero forum. http://www.fiero.nl/cgi-bin/fiero/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro . If you buy one let me know. Even the stock v6 is fun as crap to drive.
