Blue wire is a possible solution.
Depending on the type of remote starter unit that you are using. Some unit will allow you to program it to unlock the car first. Thus, disarming the factory alarm. It will then start the vehicle. Once the car is running it will then lock the door back up. All of these procedure are done in split second so that the security of the vehicle is not being compromise. Look for this feature in the unit that you are using.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.99 Accord factory alarm won't arm? - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image.

Hey pencil, well I got it all done up now, I did end up wiring the blue- back to the remote unit and it works exacly like it's suppose too now. I got the wire through the wire loom in the door jam too using a clothes hanger to pull the wire through and it worked great, so I now have just one wire going to the drivers side door, no wires showing at all and now my locks on the remote work my arming the system too, everything turned out just the way I wanted it too and you are to thank for it. I think this post will help people that do have the same problem, it sure helped me. Thank you so much for all of your replies and all the help you have given me, I have learned alot since the first of the post and going to continue learning as much as possible, that's the key to being smart ;) If or when I do need more help I know exacly who to go to now, again thanks so much and take care.
