I am trying to wire a bluetooth kit in an Audi A8, 2004. However, once I get power to the unit, it will turn off after a few days. So it works for a week, then I need a different power source. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Make sure you have constant 12v wire hooked to constant power. Make sure ignition is hooked to ignition.

Try a different power location.

Car kit could be defective.

What kit are you using?

if the kit keeps losing power a week later, is the power source dead?

A 2004 Audi A8 is not suchan easy car to work on. you have to catch power at the fuse box on the drivers side, not the passengers side. Hope it helps
