i sent off my deh9600 because the power would turn on and off uncontrollably. it was unsable. i sent it away to get fixed under warranty. they sent backsaying it was fine and i had a wiring prob on my side. i hooked it up again , same thing, then i tested all power and ground at the radio wire harness connector. all good. now the radio doesnt even power up. im stumped. i want to say the company i sent it to is wrong. the connector looks good. i dont want to get into the radio, because she was expensive. i dont know what im asking, i just dont know what to do.

First, make sure all pins/receptacles are securely in place on your harness.  Since you're a shop owner, going by your sig, I'd plug it into another harness in one of your demo rooms, and see if it turns on.  Use a harness that is already connected to a properly working unit.  If you plug it in securely, and she doesn't work, then call them on it and send it back.

My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
