I had some free time so I worked this up for you in a vented box.  Build your box so that the internal gross air volume is 0.92 cubic feet.  Use a PVC tube for a port that has an opening of 3", and cut it to a length of 12.6".  Driver and port displacements will amount to about  0.12 cu ft, so the net air volume will be 0.8 cu ft.  This will tune the box to 40 Hz and give you the deepest bass response you will get.

I saved this WinISD file in the database, so if you have any problems with incorporating the port, post back about it.  We don't want to use a larger diameter port because the length would be too long to work with, and since this sub is rated at 200 watts this 3" port diameter will be fine to use.
