Hi guys I hope all of you are ok!

Well, first of all I want to thank every one of you who helped me understand how to do the Big 3, I just did it last weekend, and you were right, it is not the easiest thing to do so I took my time...

Still, I was not be able to reach the positive pole of the Alt, so I hooked up the wire to the engine starter ( I do not know the name in english ,it´s the electric device wich helps the engine start when turning on the key) ,I do know this is not the proper way to do the big 3 so I will take my car to an electric garage to get it done(arrrg I won´t enjoy doing it myself!)

But now my question is: How Can I be sure the big 3 is working?Does the B3 iincreases the battery´s voltaje???

Thank you very much in advance for your advice!

I believe you mean the starter motor "solenoid" you should really connct at the altenator as theres a fuse you need to put in line,  and make sure you upgrade the wiring as well at least 4-2 gauge should be good for up to 240 amps depending of course on distance and not just positive but grounding wires aswell.  And no doesn't increase voltage it means you can put more load on the alt and battery without dropping the voltage.

Thanks for your comments Mad550!

I did used 4Ga cable (positive battery to positive fused ofcourse!) , and also hooked negative from battery to chasis and block...

Hi everyone!

I just want to share with you guys that I´m getting 14.8 volts after doing the B3 (Sound,lights,domelight..everything on!!!)

The alt and the battey run cool, the tilt is gone... it´s great!

Now my amps are running at the power the manufacturer states on the specs sheet...

Regards!!!
