If they charged you for it and it doesn't work , bring it back to them. Compustar offer's a lifetime warranty on their units to be free from defects but if the installation is to blame, then you have to take this up with the shop. I warranty all my installation for a lifetime. Bring it back to them and get them to fix it properly seeing that you paid for it to work properly.
