If you dont mind give some more info. Like Is the factory system bose? Is there any kind of brand lables on the factory head-unit like bose or monsoon? What kind of amp are you wanting to install? Are you looking to replace or add to the factory amp? Is the factory system equiped with a subwoofer?

These answers will allow me to make a sugestion thanks.

If the amp has a built in hi-level then you can run speaker wire right into the amp from the speakers for signal. you will still need to run a new power and ground for the amp and you can use the ignition off the factory amp for the new aftermarket amp.

I don't see anything on the radio but it does have a amp mounted in the trunk and I want to install a pioneer amp in the trunk and want to know if I can tap into the speaker wires right at that point. If so please give me some help....thank you.

As Ravendarat mentioned above, if the amp has high level inputs, use those or if it's a newer MTX amp you have direct speaker inputs-to-RCA inputs that can be used for the signal.

Yes, they should all be there, unless as stated if it's a Bose system, then each speaker will have it's own amplifier built into the speaker and the amp will only be for the subwoofer ( if applicable)

Check to see if your amp has high level inputs and you will not need to purcahse a LOC. This means that you can use the OEM radio as well.
