I'm having trouble finding the tach wire for my remote start. I tried ones at the distributor. nothing. need help quick!

Get it at fuel injector wire.Use any un common wire color,example check all the wires there are two wires going to each injector.They all have one wire the same color at each injector, and one odd color, tap into the odd color.

Try one of these;

Tachometer

yel/grn, RED / blu, gry, or wht

ac

any ignition coil

i'm installing a viper 560. it trys to start but cuts off early.

yea i performed it many times. it happend to be that i only connected 1 out of 2 ignition wires. 12volt diagrams shows that you only need one, on the contrary. Once i connected it, it worked perfectly.
