It's a big box woofer.  Your Qtc. in that enclosure will be 1.2 which is really high.  Your response is going to be very similar to what Dyohn said.  The sub looks to have a pretty high impedance.  The Q is also pretty high.  It does have a pretty good Xmax at 14mm one way, as well as a decent sensitivity at 89 dB.

You may be a good candidate for a Critical mass sub. www.criticalmassaudio.com aparently they make good subs designed for ultra small enclosures.

I'll look into that alpine guy...Thanks for all the help so far everything...I have one question though for Steven Kephart...Im not to familiar with all the technical terms, in your opinion, is the octaneR15 worthwhile or not?

You have two threads going with the same question now, so I'll close this one.  I doubt you will find any 15" speaker that will sound good in that small an enclosure.  Physics gets in the way.  :)
