i have just finished installing my 2wassr-as alarm with a 2-way pager, but i can't seem to program it to the brain correctly.
i've tried the: 5 key cycles, wait for first flash, and then put battery in before second flash. but it doesn't program it correctly
i can get the car to arm and disarm like 70% of the time, and the other 30% of the time, it just doesn't do anything. everytime i press anything, it keeps on getting the "signal and lighting bar" icon flash, but it still disarms and arms. my lock and unlock icon is very inconsistant, and it doesn't always correspond with what state the car is in. my pager never beeps or chirps when i press it either. it seems like 70% of the time i can get the brain to do what i want, but the brains' not able to send a signal back to the pager.
i think i installed the antenna correctly. u just stick the metal coil into the antenna moduale right?
i've even tried the: put battery in, cycle key 3 times, and click #1. but from that, i don't get anything at all. can anybody help me? TIA

Why is the metal coil out of the antenna module? I have never had that happen. I'm going to guess the antenna is screwed at this point.
I've only programmed one SS remote, but I would put the battery in as soon as you turn the ignition on the 5th time. Don't wait for light flashes. You then have to wait for the programming sequence to complete....I think the remote will beep a couple times when it is done.
