Hey guys. A bit off topic but here goes. I'm having elec. problems in my car. I suspect a bad ground wire from the PCM. Ohm'd it out and came up with 2.4 Ohm's. The battery ground is 0.6 Ohm's. The wire that I tested goes straight from the PCM to the same ground point  as the Battery. I've traced out the wire and see no visible problems. I'm thinking wire is broken inside the sheathing. Let me know what you think. Any second opinions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Ryan

hey neoBad ground wire? -- posted image.
that high ohm reading is more likely do to corrosion. clean it. i would be more concerned with the voltage drop across that wire. this would provide more info about the pcm's power requirements being met. what electrical problems are you having?
Prove your connections, use a meter!
I promise, I'll behave!

The car is acting up intermittently. Varoius things from fuel pump not running to so-called sensor failures to lights acting up. The only thing in common with all the components is the PCM. I've tested the fuel pump and it checks out. The fuel pump relay will sometimes buzz, other times nothing, other times works normal. Do you think that the ground wire could be broken or cracked inside and give the added resistance?
