Yup, they are made by a bunch of guys that were building the next generation of Kleenex Gold amps and subs. From what I understand their work was not going to be used by Phoneix or they decided to take their products and head out on their own. They look good, the build quality is alright, however at least here in Canada the price points are waaaay too high. So on the value factor, they are getting their butt handed to them by other companies. I would carry this line if the price points were not so drastically out to lunch. The pricing in the Us market is going to be far different than it is in Canada.

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

Interesting.  I'll have to go find them somewhere and take a look/listen.

2X12's of high-quality speakers in an enclosure for $525 ain't bad at all.

That is actually a pretty good price if they are good subs.  They look pretty good, but I've got to find a place to put them to the listening test exile sub -- posted image..
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

Exile subs kick ass, we have been selling them for the last two months and our customers are very happy. I myself pulled out to JL audio w6's and put in two xp12d and am very pleased with the results. Fred
