Installing a Remote Starter in a 2002 Saturn L-Series with
GM Passlock 2 OEM Security.
Do I need to use a DEI 556LW bypass, or has anyone had experience & success on this vehicle with a CodeAlarm PLXR, and if so, do you recommend the PLXR over the 556LW?
Also, do I need to use a SATDL Data Bus Door Lock Interface, or is this only for use on the Saturn VUE vehicle?
Thanks in advance for the help & suggestions.

I have never had any trouble at all with the Omega/Bypasskit.com bypasses. The 556L has also been a rock solid piece in my experience. If you already have the PLXR, just go ahead and use it.
There is no need for a door lock interface on this vehicle, maybe relays depending on what brand/model of system you are installing. They are just a straight positive trigger.
Hope this helps
