UPDATE:

I looked at an 89 Camry and saw that the BLACK / YELLOW and BLACK/ white wires are NOT supposed to be connected to anything.

What I did was disconnect all the wires from the alarm brain and tried to put the car back to normal. However, the vehicle will still not turn over. All the accessories work too... When I turn the key, It makes two quick clicks. (Sounds like from the engine bay) Any ideas on what's wrong? Thanks.

This pictures is taken from below the steering column. Was it ok to cut the one wire from the alarm harness and just cap it off? It was originall spliced with the pink clamp...

This picture is from the drivers side kick panel. Are all the wires fine?

Why will the car not turn over? It makes a couple clicks from the engine bay... one sounds like it's coming from the fuse box and the other comes from the starter... did I blow the starter? Any ideas? Thanks
