The 3 way component set includes a dedicated midbass. You are not dropping it out at all. It will make a far easier to configue system at the same time. As far as the 18's go, I was telling you what we were doing on a vehicle at this time, not what you should be doing.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

Well I went to some of what I thought were the better shops in the minneapolis area and I am disappointed.  The three shops I went to had very minimal equipment on hand and so I came away with no more knowledge than before.

I think I will search around for some certified internet dealers and check out some 3-way component sets.  I am going to look for Focal, mbQuart, and a few other brands.  Any good 3-ways you guys can steer me towards for around say $400-600.  I also took a look at the doors in the cherokee and they are one solid piece so I don't know how I'm going to fit all that in there.  I think it would be quite a headache to do that but if it really improves SQ that much I might try and give it a try.

I am thinking of just sticking with 2 15"s like before and opinions for subs would be nice.  Something comparable to a brahma.  I would love to go listen to these things on my own but it's just not really an option so if there are any opinions let 'em fly.
