Is there much of a benefit to having multiple capacitors other than looking cool?

I have a 1 farad cap installed with my T10001BD and 4 Kicker L5's. The factory volt meter in my dash bounces around like crazy when I have the bass cranked. I have another 1 farad cap (with LED display) that is wasting away in my closet. Will installing it help me out at all?

IMO there is very little value to using ANY "stiffening" capacitors, other than to look cool...

Your problem is not enough alternator. Adding more caps will do nothing more than the first cap did, which, is apparently, nothing. Upgrade your alternator first, update all you wiring, possibly add an additional battery (WITHOUT ANY ISOLATORS).
Caps have never been absolutely PROVEN to do anything. White papers abound, but I have never seen any physical proof that that fix any issues at all...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Interesting points. Well at least it looks cool.

I guess my next step is to upgrade to 0 gauge Big Three. I looked into multiple batteries in the past for my Saturn but I was told that running multiple batteries parrallel to each other would cause the weaker battery to "drain" the stronger battery. Is that just nonsense?

Absolutely true, which is why you replace all the batteries at the same time in your camera or flashlight.  Use new identical batteries and run them parallel.  (Flashlight and camera batteries are run in series, but the same rule applies.)
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
