2001 eclipse, remote start

 ok in trying to add a remote start to an existing alarm im trying to find the wire diagram for the existing alarm  the problem im having is that i cant find a wire diagram for the alarm the model number is pro9549ft3 if anyone has the wire diagram it would be a big help thanks in advance

thanks ,one more ? do I only need to hook up one wire from the valet561 to the audiovox alarm to bypass it during autostart?

ok im gonna attempt in puting in a 561r remote start into a 2001 eclipse with the existing alarm the only thing is rhat im not sure what wires to connect from the 561r to the pro9549 to bypass it during remote starting

you could just use the acc wire for the alarm ign input and not power it during remote start. also you may need to bypass the shock sensor during start.

ive just added a remote start valet561R to a audiovox pro9549ft3 the problem im having is mating them together not sure which wire from the autostart goes to the alarm .

If your asking what wire on the Valet Activates the Remote Start.....
WHITE / Blue needs 2 Ground Pulses to Activate R/S
So you would need a Ground Pulse from the Audiovox.......
Like Door Lock Pulse, or if it has a Negative Output for a R/S

ive actually got that already the problem im having is bypassing the starter kill on the existing alarm so that the remote start works when the alarm is armed it will work when the alarm is off but not when its armed

You must hook the starter output of the r/s to the motor side of the cut starter wire.

are you saying I should hook up the heavy gauge violet wire from the 561r r/s which is the starter output and connect it to the wire that goes to the starter (engine side) . I believe that wire was cut and goes to a relay . do I just tie it in there
