are you saying I should hook up the heavy gauge violet wire from the 561r r/s which is the starter output and connect it to the wire that goes to the starter (engine side) . I believe that wire was cut and goes to a relay . do I just tie it in there

Yeah the heavy purple wire from the r/s will go to the starter side of you're starter kill relay.

Not a problem. Nice to hear it all worked out for ya.  If you wanted to get really tricky you can wire it up so that the starter kill will act as antigrind as well. Let me know if you want to other wise, have fun and happy installing.

it is so much easier to just pull the alarm out and use an all in one alarm/remote start/keyless entry system. i know this isn't what you want to hear but it is the truth. good luck and hope this helps.

Really not a lot to it.  Just take the pink 3rd igniton output and tie it into the gwa wire on the starter kill.  just make sure you diode isolate it so you don't end up with the igniton turning on whenever the alarm is alarmed.
