Connecting two amplifiers?

You can run one large power wire from the battery through a fuse close to the battery and then to the amps. Split the large cable into two with a distribution block and incorporate fuses for each amp in the block if each amp isn't fused separately. Ground each amp to one common spot that is clean and free from paint and in the vehicle chassis. As for the audio signal, it depends on your deck. If it has more than one set of RCA outs you can use both depending on what you intend to use the amps for (sub or all speakers). You can also use Y adaptors to split the RCA cables into two if your deck only has one pair of RCA outputs. Run the amp remote wire from the deck to one amp and split it off to the second amp at the amps location.sparky

If you amp has a pass through capability, then you can use that.That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.
