hi alll i just bought a 2003 silverado crew cab lt.     i was looking for the wiring diagram for installing the remote start 

Ive found most of the wiring except for the wait to start light and tach wiring.     my other problem is the door triggers and locks.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated

you should have specified if it was a diesel

if this vehicle is a 6.6 diesel the wire for the glow plug light can be found behind the instrument panel
and is blue with a negative signal.
most remote starters accept his input signal.
if the vehicle is equipped with factory keyless the doorlock/unlock wires will be positive
these are normally
lock----light blue     drivers kick panel
unlock----white       drivers kick

Im sorry  yes it is a diesel             here are the specs        its a    3500 crew cab dually  LT    It has it all.    Im also looking for the tach wire,  and any info about the radio      can i just take it out    i really dont care about the door chime.     Thanks   again for any help.

PCM, blue plug, pin 52, lt. Blue (+). This is the output from the glow plug relay. Here is some additional info but there is conflicting information on this that has not been validated

  • found wait to start behind the cluster, dk. Blue (-) there is no wait to start light on this one
  • it doesnt need to wait.

This information was from a previous post from another member, so please verify this with a DMM.
