Yes it is, wire away to your hearts content. The problem is how to make it perform properly, based on that, I give it a thumbs down. 
Now, based on what you have posted as rears, side doors and fronts, it appears you have an SUV of some type, if this is the case it may be possible but still not advisable. Need more info on the vehicle please.
