Hi,
Been reading for a few months now and I am enjoying the site.
Does anyone happen to have any experience of the Bosch immobiliser used in the UK Iveco Daily Van(2000 Model). I am fitting an alarm with remote start etc and would prefer a solution that doesn't involve leaving a coded key in the vehicle.
There are five wires that feed into the immobiliser (plus the loop) I think one goes to the dashboard display one shows ground and two show positive can't recall the other right now. When the engine is started the immobiliser can be unplugged and the engine will continue to run.
Would prefer to solve this neatly from the immobiliser loom plug if possible. Any tips welcome.

Leaving a Cut Off Coded Key or a ByPASS Unit would be about the same.

If you already have the Key & Box for it, it would be more economical.
Just cut the Key Shank off.
