Hi, I'm looking to install a dei 530T power window module onto my jeep and i'm wondering if there's a way to get the wires through the plug at the door? I know I might have to drill a hole, but I was hoping I can drill a hole at the plug so I can run the wires along with the other factory one's.

go through the door boot, you may have to unplug the boot at both ends to fit the wire though.

The side of the boot that goes into the car is fine, it's the side of the boot that goes into the door that there's a problem. It's similiar to how they have it on the honda's with that plug there at the door.

You will need to push the plug from the inside out and when it's out you have to drill a hole into the connector to run your wires through it.
