Hello. I just purchased a Pioneer AVIC-Ns and plan to install in a 2000 NIssan Xterra. Does anyone have a wire diagram for the GPS function. Most of the install is not an issue. The problem I have is in locating the Car Speed Signal Input, and the Reverse Gear Signal Input. I have seen wiring diagrams for the Tach, and everything else but the reverse. Does anyone know what wires to connect to these two?

Speed Sense dk. GREEN/ black    2   ECM
Notes: The ECM is located below the heater box to the right of the accelerator pedal, behind trim panel. The tach is in the top row, 3rd pin left of center of the plug. The VSS is in the 2nd row from the top, 4th pin right of center.

Thanks for the reply, it was very helpful. And okay, call me clueless... (I suppose the name would support that statement)... The two wires I need to contect are:

1) Car Speed Signal Input

2) Reverse Gear Signal Input

I assume the Speed sense you referenced is for the Car Speed Signal Input? Would that also be the Tach? Would the other be the VSS? I am not install a back up camera, so I am not even sure I need to attach the Reverse Gear Signal Input. However, I want to ensure the unit work properly and attache the appropriate wires.

Any support would be great. Thanks.
