i have this vehicle and i am trying to install a cdplayer in the dash i bought the wiring harness but when i took the factory deck out there was 3 plugs attached to the back of it i was wondering if the other two where needed...and if so what are they for exactally? thanks

If I'm not mistaken I think those may be for cell phone handsfree setups, the other harness could be for some different accessories. In my experience, OEM harnesses usually keep all the audio related stuff to a single plug, and any additional plugs are for things to integrate into the stock deck. It's usually worth it to ask the road shop guys before you buy the harness, to see if they have any tips for you.

Some of those trucks had a factory amp. Check behind the back seat. It should be back there.
