I currently own an Alpine IVA310 but am installing a new system after I sold my previous system. I going to be running 2 JL1000/1 amps and one JL450/1 amp. What deck if any has two sub inputs or is their a cable to make the two sub amps connect to the deck as one? Finally if any of that made sense, what type of deck is best for systems, such as EQ, signal to noise, sub gain, pre-amp voltage, etc. Thanks

Your amps have signal outputs.  Run the sub into one amp and out to the other.  The deck needs to have only one sub out.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
