2001 maxima, stereo removal?

does anyone know how to take out the dash, or just the stereo out of my 2001 maxima to put in my deck. it is stuck on somthing and i cant find out on what? is there any bolts or what do i take apart?

well, i would look to the vehicle specific bracket installation instructions for aiding in the removal of an OEM headunit. the '01 Maxima seems a bit more complicated and involved than most. here they are from Pro-Fit in a PDF file with pictures:
