How to display Car Audio?

I have some car audio and video in my car and I started taking it to local shows. How can I set up my display to play with out starting and running my car? I seen some car use plugs in the wall to power up there vehicles audio/video equipment, How are they doing this or what are they using. They have their stuff playing the whole car show......I want that. Please help...

If they are using house AC sockets...then they have AC/DC conveters in the car

A lot of good batteries will help keep your stuff running with the car off.
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

You could get  power core. Check out audio authority it will plug into the wall and connect to your battery. They come in a variety of sizes/amperages. They range from 200 up to over 600. You can find cheaper ones sometimes but be warned I have seen some cheaper ones burn literally....

Also make sure you have a heavy duty exstension cord. The one I have for shows is a 100 amp, some tell me its overkill but I have never had a problem so its just right to me..........

Thats it man, its either using a power convertor or using extra batteries. I do both ;)
