What brand relays do you recommend?

I went to the parts express website,and they have the Bosch relays and another brand that has no name.All they say is that their similar to Bosch.Do you guys prefer Bosch or does it matter?

Depends on what for, but for alarms etc I use DEI relays never had any problems with them.

The generic relays from parts express work fine, I have used them and have never had one come back. However as others have already touched on, if you are using them for non-essential options, such as door locks, trunk release, etc the generics are fine. If you are using them to power an extra ignition output, or a starter kill, I would strongly recommend sticking with the brand named relays. Bosch, DEI, Tyco (Potter/Brumfield), etc.
