Toyota 2000 Hatch back RHD.
Could some one help me locate the wires and how to reach them for:
1. Current Drop sensing wire (+12V). The installation guide recommends i connect it to the DOME light +12V... don't know where to find that wire.
2. Left and Right indicator light flasher (have 2 wires, 1 to left, and 1 to right)
3. Door ajar. 1 white wire to connect. have to be negative switching door (not exactly sure what it means)
4. Ignition switched lead which does not fall to 0 voil when engine is cranked
5. Positive feed wire to the started solenoid

Indicators are GREEN/ black and GREEN/ YELLOW in behind kick trim and door wire is RED / white same location

Ignition is thick BLACK / YELLOW and starter is BLACK/ white at steering column or behind fuse panel as to current sense don't need it if you hook up door wire

1st of all thanks for the reply. i have checked out the wires.. i got the ignition and the 12v power... BUT.
1. can't find the RED / white door wire. There are 2 RED / white wires but both of them have silver dashes on it. i.e. RED / WHITE/ silver dash.. and the other one is RED / WHITE/ double silver dash.
2. the GREEN/ black and GREEN/ YELLOW wires are very thick and i was wondering if this is the right wire for the left/right indicators. the instruction for installing the alarm was to connect 2 orange wires to the indicator circuits, is the GREEN/ black, GREEN/ YELLOW wires the right place to splice into?

The single banded wire is the door (-) wire, yes they should be the wires your looking for but test them to be sure.
