th3c3z  first is better if you now a little mechanic because u got to take everthing a part. we replace a lot of part like timing belt, water pump, ect. and we use spray can special for heat. for the valve cover we use regular paint and the letters i did it by hand with white paint.

Thanks for the tip to hold it in place, also that motor looks Amazing.. like Brand new... definaly something i will be attempting when i pull mine out for the rebuild...
