Ok hopefully this is an easy one. I am looking to install a 10" sub in a 2006 F-150 crew cab under the rear seat. I am just wiring it to the factory deck..(at the customers request). He does not want ground shaking bass necessarily, just a decent thump. We were kind of looking at this sub, but I am not familiar with it. Is it a good sub? (good = decent for the price?) does anyone have the mounting depth measurement? I plan on running about 300w rms. If there are other suggestions for sub choices I would like to hear. (especially from a similar install) He does not want to go above $150.

Thanks for the input.

These are awsome speakers. I have two of them under the back seat of my 2005 F-150 super crew, and a Kenwood 9152 Amp driving them. Finding a box was difficult. These speakers can handle 1,000 watts each,  I prefer Kenwood for crystal clear sound.
