As long as your wiring is all consistent, it doesn't really matter.  Look at the stock speaker plug and reference the wires in relation to the locking clip that holds it in place.  If you wire the clip side as positive on one speaker, do them all that way.  You can "pop" one of the speakers with a battery if you like.  This is described in the sticky "how to figure out stereo wiring".My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
