If you mean get into programming, by turning the key on and off and pushing the valet switch three times, it seems like it is ready to accept a button push from the remote. I can do that, but like I said, the remote doesn't do anything. I was wondering if it would be a problem with the antennae. 

I'll check that wire, etc tonight when I get done with work. Otherwise I hope it is not too late to return it. Problem is I tried emailing the tech support about 4 times (to every email I could find that the company has) and faxing them once, never got a reply.
